I just wanted to share you a cool theme for Yahoo! Messenger, inspired from Windows 7 Operating System Theme..
The Yahoo! Messenger skin is called Scenic by counteralchemist.

Copy the “Scenic” folder here:
Program FilesYahoo!Messengerskins
After that, open Yahoo! Messenger and sign in. Click the marble button (The orange orb-like button) beside the minimize button and select “Scenic.”

Note: I have tested this on Latest Yahoo! Messenger 11, and it works fine (see screenshot above, some areas are blurred due to privacy reasons.)
